Return Due to Change of Mind

We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused, not marked as “seconds” or “final sale”, and in resellable condition. Please contact customer service at cs@shopzenworks.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Return shipping with insurance will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. We kindly request tracking information to ensure all parties are aware of the status of the shipment. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed within 3 business days (this does not include the processing time by your financial institution). We will notify you once this has been completed through email. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid. All non-defective items will be charged a 18% restocking fee.

Warranty Returns

We will happily honor any valid warranty claims (anything which will render our wood products as unusable such as cracks, splits, or warps. Natural coloration of the wood is not a defect.), provided a claim is submitted within 60 days of receipt of items. Over 60 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact customer service at cs@shopzenworks.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return under a warranty claim. We will cover the cost of return shipping.

Any damage caused to the product during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to charge for any repairs beyond the warranty repair.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect us to process your warranty claim within 7 business days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: (a) refund to your payment method (b) the defect repaired, or (c) a replacement item. We reserve the right to send a replacement if we determine the defect is non-repairable. We will cover the shipping costs of returning the product to you. If you choose a refund, it can take between 3-5 business days for a refund to reach your payment method, depending on the financial institution.

Special Orders

Due to the customer specific nature of special orders, these products are not eligible for returns. Exclusions are for damages during shipping or warranty returns.

Customer Induced Damage

All items with customer induced damage will not be acceptable for returns.
