Build Times

Our handmade products typically ship in 5-7 business days from time of payment. Any unique ship times for a product will be clearly stated within the product description. Depending on the number of orders in our queue, shipping times may be adjusted. Updates will be clearly posted on our homepage.

Shipping Costs

For all shipments, unless otherwise specified, costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to you. Once your product has been completed, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Duties and Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at the time of purchase and is not included in the price of goods displayed on the website. Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country.

Delivery Terms

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping courier. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched in the order they were received. Our shop operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays or company events, at which time our shop will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact customer service at cs@shopzenworks.com so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
